We want you to feel confident enrolling with Verba English School. Because our courses are a service rather than a physical product, this policy explains clearly when and how refunds apply.
Your free trial
Every learner is welcome to a free trial lesson before paying for anything. We encourage you to use it — it is the best way to be sure a course is right for you before you commit.
Cooling-off period
If you change your mind after paying, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not yet attended more than one paid lesson. This gives you room to reconsider without risk.
Refunds once a course has started
After the cooling-off period, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for lessons not yet taken, minus any materials or administrative costs already incurred. Individual (Prime) lessons already scheduled within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Need to move a lesson? Let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will happily reschedule at no charge. Lessons missed without notice may be counted as taken.
If we cancel
In the rare event that we cancel a lesson or course and cannot offer a suitable alternative, you will receive a full refund for the affected portion.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your name and enrolment details. We aim to review every request within five working days and process approved refunds to your original payment method.
